United Kash Limited is a well-established debt purchasing company which has been growing year on year. Their business objective is to develop long term sustainable relationships that allow partners to focus on their core business, while United Kash manage all customer engagement for the defaulted segments of a partners customer base. Having set out to identify a partner who could help deliver a step change in collections performance; United Kash initially engaged with Data On Demand via a free of charge Proof of Concept. The PoC was run over an extended period with a focus on consumer data insights including Address Tracing, Contact Channel (Mobile & Email) and Employment to support segmentation, this generated increased Right Party Contact which resulted in a significant increase in portfolio liquidations.
